Rogue Tomato seems like it’s going to be a versatile card in multiple cards in Standard. We can play it in a deck with pings like mono fire, and finish off damaged forwards with backups like Vivi, or Security Officer. It can also go in monster decks as a monster with 0 activation cost to do a point of damage. Rogue tomato can also help decks cheaply deal with a Mog VI that prevents those decks from playing searchers, and even though it has anti-synergy of losing its ability to ping forwards for 4000 damage, being a hard to interact source of damage makes me think that it will be at least considered in a monster shell. Looking forward to seeing the next set and hopefully competing in the competitive season!
